Founded by Fiona and Simon Gilbert, Prestige Relocation is a bespoke property finding service for people or businesses moving
into or within Yorkshire and its surrounding areas. Busy professionals, senior executives and business owners whose time is
at a premium, will benefit from employing the high quality search and selection service offered by Prestige Relocation,
which is tailored to the individual needs of each client.
Managing Partner, Fiona Gilbert, has been involved in property since 1979. After joining Dacre, Son & Hartley in Ripon as an articled chartered surveyor, Fiona gained experience in residential, commercial and industrial property working for firms in North & West Yorkshire. Simon had enjoyed 11 years in the rapidly expanding Healthcare market when, in 1995, they decided to form a specialist healthcare property agency, which became the largest independent agency of its kind in the UK. This involved negotiating at all levels and in many cases on multi million pound transactions.
Enjoying over 35 years experience in the property industry and with extensive contacts in the premium residential and commercial markets, Fiona and Simon are able to efficiently access details on available properties, conduct specific searches for properties which may not be on the market and will also negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best price. Once your purchase or rental is agreed, they will work closely with your legal advisors, surveyors, funders, etc., to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible to completion or commencement of the lease.
Both partners are members of The National Association of Estate Agents and the Institution of Commercial & Business Agents.
