We located a house which was for sale with local agents. We visited site and decided it was perfect for our needs. However a sale was negotiated with another party.

The service was excellent. One of the most important aspects for me was the property brochures supplied and the DVD's sent to me satisfied the initial criteria which had been set. This meant that I didn't waste time looking at properties which didn't have a chance of being what we wanted.
