Once you've found the right property, we negotiate the best possible price and oversee the process through to completion.

We're embedded in the North of England property market and can access properties before they reach the open market — or that are never advertised at all. Yes. In addition to residential searches, we source offices, retail premises, warehouses and industrial accommodation. We also have considerable experience in business transfer and investment property across a range of asset types.

What if I want to sell or let my property discreetly?

We maintain a confidential off-market database. If your property matches a current client search, we'll contact you — and if you're interested in proceeding, we'll manage the introduction. There's no advertising, no boards and no open viewings. If you haven't already instructed an agent, you pay only your solicitor's fee, as our fee is paid by the buyer or tenant.
