We source just about any type of property, residential, agricultural, commercial, industrial, retail or even going concern businesses to purchase or rent.
Every search or situation we deal with is individual and we provide a totally bespoke service. Our fees are based on an initial registration fee, followed by a success fee payable upon exchange of contracts or signing of the lease. For rental searches, the success fee is based upon a month’s rental and for purchases it is based upon a percentage of the purchase price. The fees are subject to V.A.T.
Orientation days or half days can be arranged as separate packages if the whole search service is not required.

We source any type of property from £200,000 with no upper limit. The majority of properties we source are between £750,000 and several million pounds. We source properties to rent with a minimum rental of £1,000 per month.
Yes, we act for individuals, couples, families or companies who are relocating personnel or premises. The orientation days we arrange for clients are particularly useful to companies where their new personnel and their spouses, partners or families need to get a feel for the area to which they will be relocating.
Yes, as our service is bespoke, we can do as much or as little as is required.
